No regrets, I had a buddy with shop so l got to bore the block myself, way cool. Still doing upgrades to always hunt for more power.

Did it come with the nut strips?

Will the gas tank skid fit a 98?

Tore the diff apart, pinion bearing seized which chewed up the ring and the pinion. Fortunately, I had a spare gear set. l'm guessing it was lack of oil in the diff that caused the failure. New gears are in and everything seems ok so far but I have only put about 30miles on the new gears.

Initial inspection shows I broke numerous teeth off the ring gear, l'll have to tear it down farther to see if the carrier got damaged. Fortunately, I have another gear set and install kit so that cost is covered.

Driving home yesterday on the freeway I broke my Dana 30 Trutrac, now I have to rebuild the front axel so I'm looking for suggestions . Do I replace the carrier with another TruTrac or something else?

I would love to have the front knuckles and brakes .

It was a company called Refexicon, I believe they are from Chandler,AZ. It is the only steel cowl hood I could find.

What did you do about the map sensor? The adapter plate and TB do not have a provision for the map sensor?
