Have a nice grey leather back seat out of a 90 Limited, if anyone is interested. Needs some cleaning, but overall in great shape. $60. Possibility of meeting in the NJ/PA/DE/MD areas.

I'm in the center of the state; will see about getting that bracket off. Probably not going to make a mess with the cooler lines...will keep you posted.
Got another look at this Limited this past weekend. Lots of good parts:
Jensen accu-sound tweeters that go behind the lower dash grilles
Power door mirrors with center console switch
White hood
White hatch (fiberglass)
Really nice grey rear door panels (front sold)
All 4 door interior handles...
I went and picked this up today. Gold emblems from a limited, factory manual moonroof, np242, fiberglass back hatch. Lots of good parts. Grey leather interior with dual power seats, great door panels with Jensen grilles.
Parting a 90 Limited at my buddy's place out in north-central PA. Good running 4.0 with a slipping transmission. Transfer case is operational, axles are good (not sure which rear diff yet). The leather interior (gray) is actually in decent shape, from the pictures I've seen. I will share...
Definitely not the hoses reversed, which is what everyone suggested.
I'm onto trying to figure if a 4.0 setup, with the reservoir mounted on the pump, can work on a 2.5, with the correct pulley, of course. Maybe I'll buy one and find out.
OK, I just did a little reading about the WJ pump swap, and the reviews are very mixed. I've been having trouble with my stock PS system for a year, and I want to simplify things, not complicate them. What about a stock XJ 4.0 pump with the reservoir on the pump? I think the remote reservoir...
Have an 87 MJ with 2.5L and the remote reservoir PS setup. Having trouble with the system, have replaced everything. Wondering if I got an integrated pump/reservoir from a later model 2.5 XJ, and the bracketry, would everything line up?
Thanks!
Tom
I don't think, after replacing the entire system, there's any significant water in there. When the motor is ice cold, and I start it, it blows the fluid out. I don't know if the system EVER gets hot enough to create steam.
Hey guys,
I'm sorry in advance for this long post. I have a long standing problem that has stumped me and 2 mechanics. It may be just a "Jeep thing," that I'm hoping someone here has seen before. I have an 87 MJ with the 2.5. The PS reservoir is remote on this setup, with the serpentine...
