When I put the key in run, and measure C4/85, I get 0.25V to Bat- and 11.9 to Bat+ with Bat voltage now at 12.15. Is that useful? Definitely seems like I have a short. My electrical experience only goes so far. I have good fundamentals but automotive wiring can be complex.

Hoping someone can help me understand the wiring diagram in the FSM? I keep blowing F22 fuse, which from what I can tell fuses A61 which has the fuel pump relay, but also via C107, pin 14, it could be blown by either O2 sensor. My main question is whether this can also be blown somewhere else...

I got this set a few years ago when it was a 100% blow molded box. Since then I got a 41" toolbox, so I took the molded drawers out and set them directly in my toolbox drawers to maintain the socket organization. Love the tools, love the drawers. Well worth it for a fairly complete home set...
