Okay so after about 6 hours of reading the Dana 60 bible over on pirate I have answered, to me know, all the DUMB A**questions I was asking before.

Did you buy the heep used if so the previous owner may have swapped lock cylinders for what ever reason. Or may be someone put superglues in the one that dosent allow the key to enter.

Use two car jacks underneather the firewall and lift the front up so the suspension drops down all the way. The take the pan out. You should be able to drop the pan without lifting the front end up. Really depands if its stock height or if it has a lift.
