Never installed ruffsruff D44 cover. Only thing i did was prime it and paint it with Rust-Oleum rubberized undercoating. Has the countersunk holes. Have bolts and fill plug. I believe I have the hardware from the company to install your own drain plug. Would prefer not to ship. thinking $75
