Are the screws for those self-tapping? Or is a nut needed on the inside part of the fender itself?

Wow, that's pretty stupid. That's almost as bad as people capitalizing random letters and writing letters backwards, which I saw in my GE English class last year when peer editing papers in class.

That happened to mine a few months ago. I had to go to the dealer and shell out 80 something dollars for a new lever mechanism, didn't take me that long to replace it. You might be able to find one at a junk yard or something. I don't know of any where else you could get one though.

I have 30" MTRs and my temporary spare is a 225 Bridgestone AT (until I can get a 5th MTR as a spare so my spare is the same size) I keep in the stock location inside when it's not on the rack, I always have it with me just in one of two locations

This is mine with the RE 2" BB with an AAL and 30" MT/Rs The only problem is that the leafs are starting to sag a bit but it's still level so I don't need to add any extra leafs...yet

I only have my spare on my roof rack when I am going on a trail b/c I just don't like leaving it up there day to day, and my rack stays on b/c I have no where to store it if I do take it off.
