    Worn tires on front or rear?

    On the rear. On the rear. On the rear. For many of the reasons I've already seen given and one reason I didn't see listed is that there's already more weight on the front which adds to traction. Putting the more worn tires on the rear where there is less weight is a double whammy.

    It should turn pretty easily by hand.
