Actually guys I replaced resevoir as stated before changed the thermostat and gasket and it still overheated. So finally I thought maybe I know what is wrong does anyone think they can guess what it was?????? Anyone???? Yeah all it needed was antifreeze! But the resevoir was cracked anyway...
WOW it's funny you mention that I checked mine today after doing the same job last week and I thought why in the heck am I low a quart??? Then I got online and saw that it in fact needed 6 not 5 I'm with ya bro!
It seems that I can just pull the line out. That is what is causing the leak it just move left and right and I've pulled it out far enough to see the gasket. In one of the posts it says I need a special tool. To me it seems like I could just pull the old one out and slip the new one in. Is...
Mine is leaking. The leak is coming from the right side of the regulator. When I pull the piece that goes into the regulator I see a gasket. Is it possible to replace the gasket or do I have to get an all new regulator?
