2001 XJ Turn signals were working intermittently, then they quit. Bought a relay, replaced it, still nothing. I suspect the switch in the column, but I want to check it first. Does anyone have a wiring diagram? I need to know which pin is the power input to the relay from the turn signal...

So in 40 below, like the OP said, the coolant in the block has to reach 215 before the thermostat will open, that why I said it wouldn't come up to operating temp. A 195 in that situation is barely better. On a hot day, yeah, it will stay above operating temp.

I've heard good things about 4w2h. There is also Wounded Wear, they were started and run by an injured SEAL.

Adding a suspension lift shouldn't affect mileage. It's when you change tire diameter that you will notice a change. I have a 2001 with 5spd. 2" lift with 31s. The jeep is doing about 19.5 MPG. I am short shifting into higher gears early.
