Throttle Position Sensor Check Engine Light P0123

Ok, I’ve searched a few times. I seem to have a combination of things. CEL lit. Code is P0123 TPS High Voltage. Replaced TPS with Advanced Auto part. CEL still lit. Checked Clock Spring, all paths ring good from connector to connector. Replaced TPS with Mopar original. CEL still lit. Cruise...

    No turn signals

Well, I eventually figured it out, looking at the wiring diagram. The owners manual doesn't identify the fuses in the Electrical Distribution Block under the hood. #20, a 15A fuse, feeds the relay for the multifunction switch that turn signals, hazards and headlights are wired through. It was...

    THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread I can guarantee that there was an adapter, I had a T-18/D18 in my 71 CJ-5. I don't recall why. Length of output shaft?

    THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread Interesting. He's wrong about the transfer case adapter, they made a T-18/D18 adapter. He didn't have to put the guts in a D20.

    No turn signals

2001 XJ Turn signals were working intermittently, then they quit. Bought a relay, replaced it, still nothing. I suspect the switch in the column, but I want to check it first. Does anyone have a wiring diagram? I need to know which pin is the power input to the relay from the turn signal...

    Radiator for a DD

So in 40 below, like the OP said, the coolant in the block has to reach 215 before the thermostat will open, that why I said it wouldn't come up to operating temp. A 195 in that situation is barely better. On a hot day, yeah, it will stay above operating temp.

NAXJA MWC Patch to support WWP

I've heard good things about 4w2h. There is also Wounded Wear, they were started and run by an injured SEAL.

    Radiator for a DD

Ok, I may have it back wards, but a 215 doesn't open until it reaches 215, correct?

A 215 thermostat? No wonder it didn't come up to temp.

NAXJA MWC Patch to support WWP

I hate to be a stick in the mud, but did you read about the WWP, and it's executives who are making more than $300K/yr. the money isn't getting where it's supposed to. I'd be wary of supporting this organization anymore. For the record, I served more than 14 years, so No, I'm not hating on...

stock height or a little more for a road cherokee?

+1 My speedo is about 5% off, so I make sure I add that much back into the total mileage when figuring out MPG.

Manual downshifting? How will it affect my ability to press the clutch and downshift?

stock height or a little more for a road cherokee?

Adding a suspension lift shouldn't affect mileage. It's when you change tire diameter that you will notice a change. I have a 2001 with 5spd. 2" lift with 31s. The jeep is doing about 19.5 MPG. I am short shifting into higher gears early.

    OVERHEATING diagnosis procedure?

Wow, love guys like you. Ask for input, get it, think that it's wrong or not correct, and then you're snide and condescending.
