I have a high pinion Dana 30 that came out of a 97 XJ and a 97 Ford Explorer 8.8 with all of the brackets cut off, both with 3.54s. The 8.8 is a disc brake rear end that needs all new brakes. I do have a set of calipers as cores for it. $400 obo for both, I will not separate. The 8.8...

I ended up purchasing a 1996 XJ to swap the HO stuff over to my 1988 MJ. I was hoping for a 1995 or earlier, but this was to good of a deal to pass up ($200)and I knew the history of it.
I plan on swapping everything including the dash and all of the wiring since I want ac in it as well. My...
I have a set of axles out of a 2001 XJ with 3.54s. I have all new brake parts new in the box for the 8.25 that I will throw in with them. I will also include a set of 16" zj rims and tires with them to help make room in my garage. $250 for the pair. Located in Berwick, Maine.
I am scrapping a 2001 XJ with the 4.0. It has 176k on it. I daily drove it for the past 3 years before it rotted out. I am cutting the body right behind the a pillar and just in front of the firewall so you would have everything you need for the dash conversion including the wiring. The 4.0...

I had wanted to do this years ago when I first got into XJs. My thoughts at that time were to build a cage for it and tie it into the sides and roof, cut the floor completely out of it and attach it to the frame. Then just run some sheet metal for a floor. Similar to what you would do making...

I know it's been asked before, but do you have any plans on selling the brackets for mounting the ttb? I have a 8 lug 44 ttb sitting in the carport waiting for me to return home in a couple of months to start throwing it under my 01. A set of the brackets would make it an easier start. :D
A front Dana 60 is around 69.5" and the matching rear is right around 67" as another reference. I don't think you are going to find a standard answer to the question, but I would say somewhere around an inch or two would be fine.
