I got a whole weatherstripping kit off of ebay. Think it was about 150 for it. Wasn't hard to put on and she stays cool inside now. I am in Arizona and the heat is killer on the rubber here.
After following the Renix posts, I took my 90 to the mechanic. He changed the CPS, MAP and the ECU connection was not good. This was also a full time high idle problem not sporadic.
You will need 2 front brake lines and 1 rear. I got my YJ brake lines at Napa, they were about $15 a piece I think. Don't forget the 4 crush washers, 2 each side of front lines.
Made it home, never thought I head to Tucson to see my first snow this year!
It was good to meet you and your better half.
Can't wait to see you tip the 90 on it's side!!
I have a NP231 transfer case skid for a 90 XJ. I picked this up by mistake, I need one for a NP242. First $20 takes it. If anybody has a skid for the 242 for sale, I am interested.
Sorry, I did a search and nothing came up. I will look closely at the FAQs. You have to unload the springs every time you adjust them. Would like to do this just once. Coil compressors are a pain without an air ratchet.
I need to install adjustable coil spacers to level out my 90 XJ. How do I measure the rear and front lift to see what I need to adjust the spacer to?
Fenders have been cut so they are not stock.
I just was doing some further testing and came across a post stating that he thought the e-brake hardware is the same for the D35 and D44. Can someone confirm this? This is for the stock drum set up.
I just got a D44 (Thanx BHOROCKS) and after tearing down the brakes. I don't have the internals for the e-brakes. The park brake lever and strut is missing from both sides. Does anyone have any extra's or ideas on where to locate these?
I want to get this under the the truck and have it ready...
