Introducing our Ultimate XJ Steering Brace!

I have one on the way. I went ahead and ordered a spacer, a track bar brace and the BWE steering brace. It looks like the steering brace should tie in the unibody pretty well, but I figured the track bar brace would help stabilize the track bar mount itself.

Introducing our Ultimate XJ Steering Brace!

Does anybody know if the steering brace will work with a Rough Country drop pitman arm? I saw on the BWE site that there may be clearance issues with some arms. Also, I was looking at a track bar brace. Would it be a good idea to run both or would the steering brace be enough? The last...

Track bar build for WJ knuckle swap

Ehhhhhh, not much around here. There's a creek I wheel in some locally. I usually go to Hidden Falls, I've only been to Canyons once, and I've taken this XJ to CO and Moab once. It's my newest Jeep so it hasn't been out too much yet. Wolf Caves looks like it might be fun, but most of the...

Track bar build for WJ knuckle swap

I've looked for cracks but everything looks good. I think most of the noise is caused from the track bar rolling back and forth. When it rolls, I think the heim body is tapping the mounts. That's why I was wondering if a rubber bushing on one end would be better, that way it couldn't roll...

Track bar build for WJ knuckle swap

I have a '98 XJ with ~8" lift that I did the WJ knuckle swap on over a year ago. I moved the axle side track bar mount above the axle, and I'm using a straight piece of 1.5" DOM tubing with heims at both ends. Everything came from RuffStuff (top-notch in my opinion). It seems to pop and...

    1994 XJ has no fuel

Just to close this out, mine was the ecu. I got one online and put it in, and she started right up. Thanks everybody.

    1994 XJ has no fuel

I jumped the fuel pump relay and the pump does run. I did NOT check the pressure at the rail, but without jumping the relay the pump didn't come on at all. I tried to start it with the relay jumped but the engine didn't fire. I used a spark tester to check it out and it does not have any fire...

    1994 XJ has no fuel

Nope, I don't have that on mine unless somebody moved it. That should be on a '94?

    1994 XJ has no fuel

Mine doesn't have anything on the driver's side fender except for the computer. Would it be in the wiring loom, or directly on the inner fender?

    1994 XJ has no fuel

Also, I forgot to add that I checked the bulb for the check engine light and it was good. The check engine light still doesn't come in when you first turn the key on.

    1994 XJ has no fuel

Re: 1994 XJ has no fuel or fire I have very limited time to work on my Jeep, but here's an update. I went over all grounds again, and I only got to unplug a few sensors but there has been no change. I plan to continue trying that. I have been doing tons of research and decided to check out...

Help! '94 XJ no fuel, no spark

1994 XJ, 4.0 HO, AW4 4x4 My XJ had a few issues with the under hood wiring harness but it always ran fine. I decided to get a junkyard harness that was in good shape and swapped it out to clean it up some. I had to splice the TPS connector and crank position sensor from my old harness to the...

    1994 XJ has no fuel

Nope, no check engine light. I'll try unplugging sensors and see what happens. Thanks.

    1994 XJ has no fuel

Also, I'm not sure if it matters but I noticed something happening. The tach flutters around when you turn the key on. It just bounced around in the 1500 rpm range. It may have do e that before or maybe not, I can't remember. Could that be a sign of a wiring issue or something?

    1994 XJ has no fuel

Anybody??? I forgot to say that I also took the harness off of the under dash fuse panel and I inspected all of the connections and cleaned all of the gunk out of it, then put in a lot of dielectric grease but there was no change. Also, I tried to start it with the fuel pump relay jumped, but...
