I don't have time to work on my XJ anymore much less to I have time to go wheeling. That was much easier when I had 2 kids, now I have 4 :twak:, so wheeling and wreching are out of the question.

Like I said, if I knew you needed something from it. I really don't think the hood would of worked though, WAY different design than the 4.0 hoods. The motor was a 2.8L V6, no good. I pulled the trans, AX5, and the TC, NP231. Selling the trans keeping the TC. Tires and rims were shot, not even...
Well the 86 its back to stock and the 93 is now 6 inches taller. Too dark for pictures but I will post some tomorrow. Now for all the little, well kinda little, things like SYE, bleeding the brakes, fender trimming, attaching the Trac bar and steering, etc...

I have gotten a lot done on the XJ to XJ swap, I will post more on that later but I just wanted to show the difference in the brake boosters for now.
That is the 93 single diphram on the top and the 96 double diphram on the bottom . One of the best upgrades I did on my 86 and now the 93.
On the old XJ I started cutting off the cross member (don't have money for a new one), removed the power brake booster, master cylinder (from a 96 XJ) and proportional valve (from a ZJ for the disc brakes on all 4) and removed the transfer case (spare for later). On the newer XJ, replaced the...
And the seats, carpet and everything else. AND now the front axle!
I love the hover XJs. Lol. I wish I was farther along than I am now I the swap but rain and other issues held things up.
