My build... long arm lift, JK axle swap, stiffeners, whole 9 yards

No problem man. I used the Ruffstuff jk tie rod too btw but any will do. It was the better deal I thought.

My build... long arm lift, JK axle swap, stiffeners, whole 9 yards

I stretched the front as much as I could. The pumpkin/TNT truss and track bar mount might kiss a lil. We'll see

    Just a heads up

And that right there is why I did the lower rear quarter cut and fold! Even have that similar hole on my drivers side. To do it right. A floor replacement. But like you I'm a procrastinator. So in the mean time I went and got some sheet metal from Menards and some rivets. And even some POR-15...

    Slip travel?

What Hyoid said. Typically people want as much slip as you can for more articulation so it does fall out

Copper/brass heater core for less than $400?

The onix-ada ones have a 5 year warranty. I know some of their stuff isn't the best but mines held up for a year and about chokes me with the heat All the way and blower on 2. eBay for $100 or less. Think I found mine for about $60 or so
