    1999 XJ crank, no start after engine swap

    999 XJ Classic 4.0 automatic 4x4. Original engine broke #6 con rod. Found a good replacement engine from a 1996. I swapped the various sensors from the 99 to the 96, so no harness modifications. It cranks but doesn’t start. Starting fluid doesn’t do anything...no cough, no sputter. I have...

    96 xj rear window wiper blade

    I used to be a service writer and a few times each year someone would bring their car in for a windshield they broke while changing the wiper blades. I don't let the kid at Autozone anywhere near my cars...I know that some of the, are quite competent, but I don't know which ones.
