You are right, I just don't want you to sell it. The Rover wasn't too bad, but I got rid of it for an 85 4Runner on 37's.

I am putting a full width Dana 60 in the rear and probably a HP 44 in the front. The 60 is out of a Dodge and is a direct bolt on for the XJ. I am going to have to weld on some pieces to the front axle to mount it.
Can someone that has done this tell me what they did as far as setting up the coils and control arms on the axle. I found a kit from Tera Flex for a rear TJ axle components that could probably be set up for the front of an XJ.

Run some 33X10.50's and you won't have to trim. Also, at 6 inches, just put a 1" Transfer Case drop kit on there and you won't have to worry about the SYE and new driveshaft. That right there will save you at least $500 or more. I ran 5" on my 97 Cherokee with 33X10.50 TSL Radials and it was...
I had some on my last XJ. They were grooved though. They were great in the mud, very nice on the rocks, and didn't do all that bad on the road. They were pretty loud though.
