I got the leaky header to seal up with the copper rtv. Thanks blistovmhz for the help on that.
Ill hopefully get some time to drive it around this weekend and check on my fuel trims and see ifi it makes a difference. im still seeing a weird reading on the bank2 o2 sensor.

They are Hooker headers. The actually mating surface is raised by about 1/8"
They basically stick the tubes through the flange by a bit, weld around them, and then grind/sand flat.
This is how the headers my buddy just bought for his 6.0 are as well.

My fan is on a switch right now but definitely needs a temp switch. Last wheeling trip the highest temp i saw was 200 and that was after blasting around on the dirt roads at around 4000rpm for around 10 minutes. It was only about 60* outside that day so we will see how she does when the days...
I agree to an extent but i enjoy the piece of mind of a professional doing my tune.
and like i said the 150 gets you tunes for life. so making changes for cam, heads etc is a nill point. any changes you make you get a new tune for free.

I found a pid online and got oil pressure to work on my 6.0 in my 2004 Chevy but i have never gotten it to work on my 2002 5.3 in the jeep.
I have been told that the signal is more of a dummy than an accurate reading on some of the ecus. I havent spent much time with it though
