    Here’s the part you’re looking for: GM Genuine Parts 26000985 Pitman Arm Boot https://a.co/d/23oMxZV Amazon says it won’t fit but it does. It tapers a bit and I found that sliding up the smaller side first works best. Remember to slather some grease up in there.
