Newer style hubs with the spacer, xj ball joints fit perfect. Test fitted before install. I double sheered mine. With Rock Krawler steering. Raised trac bar would be better still in the mix.

The problem is you need ot cut the brackets off and weld new ones on. many people are unable to do that. If i had known a month ago I had 4.10s in mine and now 4.88s

So i used a 5/8 drill to drill the rotors and it turned out perfect it is a hair bigger then the stock holes in the rotors but turned out great.

What size bit did you use? I was thinking about useing my new 5/8 bit since I had to drill the knuckle to 5/8 for my heims

I have everything for the swap.... now the question is do I drill new holes in the rotor? They are hub centric so me just using a carbide bit i can make the holes move toward the center will this be fine?

They can chunk on the trails when I used them I like the KM2 more. Or wrangler Kavlar. Hankook MTs I am running are great in the snow sand mud street don't even notice any noise from tires on the freeway. Great wear and have side wall protection

Getting my AtoZ stiffereners installed next week they are in the shop right now. They go from the front where the lower control arm was but now running long arm and goes pass the the leaf pack. also goes 1in on the floor board of the jeep.

I am doing the D60 kingpin front and a Full float rear D60 with 37in tires on my XJ. running the Full traction long arm 4 link right now but looks like it will be a 3link with the 60 in there. have the brackets on my 60 for the front need to do a upper control arm mount and the track bar mount.

I have a freshly rebuilt AW4 still in jeep less then 1,000miles and 2 wheeling trips on it. Will come with TCM and harness if needed. would like to trade straight across for a AX15 or NV3550 in good shape. If there is something wrong with them would like to know before hand so I can fix it...
