1995 XJ 2 door Carpet or full Mat

I don't know about 2door vs 4door, but this leads me to believe it's not a direct fit: Will not fit the 2 door Sport model. https://www.accmats.com/commerce/1995/Jeep/Cherokee/Flooring/

    NP231J Toast?

I've been puzzling about the cause too. It's the stock shaft and I'm running a ~3.5" lift. I put in the Boostwerks linkage a couple of weeks prior to the issue. Seemed to shift fine, but maybe I got the throw adjustment off? I don't see how that would be a cause of this failure though...

    slip yoke eliminator

Thanks for the update. Did you get an ETA on the ship date by chance? I'm on a clock and wondering how long the wait might be.

    NP231J Toast?

Pulled the plugs this morning and do not see any metal bits! But, the fluid was quite low. Maybe 1 1/2" from bottom of the fill plug and I drained something like half a quart out of it. We're at the 190,000 mile mark on this t-case and fluid changes have not been timely. Anything I should do to...

    slip yoke eliminator

I also reached out to them over the weekend, but have not yet received a response to email or voicemail. Just FYI. I was wanting to get an ETA on shipping parts before ordering. Let us know when you hear back?

    NP231J Toast?

Much appreciated! That's exactly what I'm trying to figure out; whether I just upgrade to the SYE, or spring for the NVG241OR swap. Waiting for brown Santa to show up today with a 10MM allen socket so that I can pull the drain plug and see what sort of metal shavings come out with the fluid...

    NP231J Toast?

The wife took it for a 600 mile road trip and it was slinging fluid from the rear output shaft when she brought it home. Looks like the snap ring snapped! And then chewed up the bearings and seal. I will pull and split the case, but it almost certainly needs replacement (or rebuilding), yeah?

    Bilstein 7100 Rear Mounting Issue

I never did solve this issue, but here is an update. Apparently they don't fit without alternative mounting locations: https://www.naxja.org/forum/showpost.php?p=246720454&postcount=760.

    Bilstein 7100 Rear Mounting Issue

I'm having trouble finding out how people have handled the upper mounts in the rear. Several have mentioned using these JKS bar pin eliminator mounts: I can't see how the remote reservoir hose doesn't bind. It's forced into the body no matter which way I try to go with it. What am...

    Pre-runner type suspension stuff

The hose angle referenced above is an issue for me at the moment. I am installing in the rear, with the JKS bar pin eliminators. I know others here have run this set up, but I can't see how. Is cutting clearance for the hose expected? Am I missing something else? See pics below. This is the...

    P0351 - Random Limp Mode

The tune came well after I sized up the injectors. I believe Chris did give me 6 degrees or so of advanced timing, but honestly I pretty much just let him do his thing and didn't take notes. And he's a hard man to reach... Regardless, issue continues with a new PCM. What specs would be...

    P0351 - Random Limp Mode

I was away during the holidays and have otherwise been occupied, but am now back to chasing my tail. UPDATE: It's getting worse. I can't make it more than 3-5 miles without it being triggered. I pulled the horn relay out of the passenger footwell panel. This was to cut power to the...

    P0351 - Random Limp Mode

I'm chasing my tail and would appreciate any insight. Patient: 2001 XJ, 4.6 stroker, Viper coil pack mod Symptoms: Without warning on maybe a dozen occasions over the past couple of weeks the CEL (always p0351) has illuminated and limp mode is triggered immediately. To be clear, I mean...
