May turn out to be too many bandaids... I just realized the RE end has a 1/2 bolt and the tb bracket is 9/16.

I picked up an RE1660 track bar and am trying to mount to an Ironman4x4fab offset track bar bracket. The width on the bar end is 1.625 and the width on the bracket is 2.625. Would there be a problem to use a couple of .5 long beefy bushings as spacers on the bolt?

New thought - would there be any way to use the ABS sensor on the front hub to generate a signal? (a la JK style)

Will it affect anything else (performance-wise) not having it connected? I can find alternatives to the speedo not working. I suspect there might be transmission functions that depend on this info? The plan is for an 8.8, I'll explore that option.

I might have messed up.... I'm currently converting a 1999 2wd to 4wd and in my haste to gather parts, I grabbed a 241OR from a 2011 JK (which doesn't have a VSS output). In doing more research, it appears I need the earlier version with the speed sensor output for the speedo. Is the speedo not...
