I have a set of almost never driven on MTR with Kevlar mounted on the 16x8 Rubicon Moab wheels.
Bought them, drove home, started cutting it up for clearance then lost interest in the XJ.
One has a couple inch worth of small cracking down the tread but other than that almost no use and in good...
Not best for rocker replacements but I also have:
(1) 8' stick of 2x4x1/8 $45
(1) 8' stick of 2x2x1/8 $35
(1) 8' stick of 2x4x12ga $40
(1) 8' stick of 2x2x12ga $30
^^had my head up my A$$ the first time at the steel yard.
The more of this you buy the less you pay.

Two six foot lengths. long story, but I ended up buying a 24 foot stick of this when I did my rockers and have two 6' sticks left.
$120 for the pair
FYI: My rockers ended up being 63" long

I stand corrected.
I had heard that the front seat crossmember was added in late 96 and when new crossmembers were still available they were listed as 97-01.
Well anyways, someone come get these out of my house. Show up with any reasonable amount of money and they are yours. The garage and...
Old style XJ with the flat floor, 95 and earlier $20
These are clean and comfy, they don't fit my XJ and I want em out of my house.
WJ full power seats, all motors work $75 or best.
If you have a set of manual WJ seats I'll trade for them.

OP is talking about my XJ. The full WJ power frame will fit on the passenger side but even with cutting into the Trans hump the full frame just won't fit.
Is my only option asside from going fully aftermarket to put a WJ seat onto the XJ frame for the drivers side?
Oh, its not worth switching a head out for a few CFM. The 0331 is a better starting point if given the option from the beginning, you just need to be aware that that casting is prone to cracking when overheated..
Factory 0331 vs. ATD Diesel casting company new replacement casting.

About half way down this abandoned build thread there is some flow data, one is a stock 0331 vs. 0721.

Oh, good to know. Welding on new heads is always nicer than a well seasoned one.
My friend's shop is a dealer for Edelbrock and he has tried a few times with no luck yet. As for flow numbers, I'll have to do some digging to find them again.

I've ran one of the aftermarket 0331 heads, they need porting to be as good as a factory casting due to the casting flash inside of the ports. A quick clean up and the exhausts will flow plenty, there is no real reason to go town on them.
The raised ports of the 0331 heads are better than the...
Too bad it has the lower exhaust ports. Is there a way to run the 99+ pre-cats with this setup and not have a nasty port overhang and not require welding on a brand new head?
One of these might just find its way onto my next money pit of an engine build.
I forgot the part number or flow rate but when Tim was asked about running the usual Neon (or other commonly used injector for the 4.0) he carried on for about 10 minutes about why those were not the correct injector for this engine. That, and my friend bought them for his XJ originally but he...
