There's better 12-ton stands out there but not at this price ($52.99). I ordered these a couple months ago and they're plenty sturdy. 28" max height too.

One of two from New Mexico. Handlebars was the other and I didn't know him before the trip - he did a good job leadin' us through Hell's Revenge on Friday.
I don't know anybody that's going to be there but me. But I'm on my way anyway. I'll be spending the night in Farmington, NM then going up thru Cortez - should be there Thursday afternoon. Keep a spot open by the campfire. (I'll give you some local Micro-brew.) :)
Pulled the CCV tube off and found a rubber cap in there plugging the vac. tube. So this is what's been causing my rear-main leak and oil in the air filter, sunnuva  I suppose I should feel good about replacing the rear main seal last week and all the fun that was. But nice...
So what parts do you use to fit bigger vac. tubing? Do you use the same PVC and mod it after the elbow. I opened up the bottom of it some and it seemed to help but still clueless about the rest.
What else do you currently have? SYE kit and new driveshaft? If not, you'll want them with more lift. You should expect to give up a little road manners but it's not drastic. A little more body lean, kinda bouncy....vibes and steering issues can all be corrected. But then you'll probably want...
The front seal comes out without too much trouble once you get the driveline and yoke bolt out (air tool). Get a hold of the lip, it might/should have some RTV on it but it'll come out.
Yeah, I found another rollpin at NAPA. I thought about using a solid steel pin, same size, but worried about it expanding/contracting and working it's way out. But it's all back together and just waiting for oil and a test drive tomorrow. Wish me luck. ;)
Yeah, I'm gonna hold off on that tapping idea as a last resort. But the hole in the shaft is larger than the carrier hole anyway. I'll see what a local shop suggests in the morning. Thx for the input though.
Where did you get your own pin? I had a rollpin in there and tried to put it back in when I was done. I was wondering if it's possible to tap a the hole and thread a bolt in there instead? As long as it isn't going anywhere right?
