YJ Front Coils

I have a 95 xj and I heard that you could use YJ coils as a direct bolt in. Just wondering if there are any ideas about that out there.

YJs are leafs front and rear. If you are talking about TJs, which are coils front/rear, then yes they are a bolt in but IIRC they actually give a 1" drop. If you are looking for lift then V8 grand cherokee coils give 1"-1.5" inch lift but they do ride stiffer.

Thats odd, I put YJ coils on mine and all it did was make the Jeep longer and wider.

That's right! I forgot that I put the YJ REAR coils on there and it lifted it. The front ones do as Ray said.

Seriously!You could try transverse leafs with a really big sway bar,We used to run that set-up once on a Baja 1K rig.

Almost as cool as my cherokee body lift i put on... And they said it couldnt be done...
