Xj otk one ton steering kit for full width 60 swap

It is this ruff stuff kit with 1.5" .25 wall Dom, bolt in for Xj, never run. Could be shortened for use with a narrow axle. Have spare tre and tapered inserts for drilling knuckles for otk

Has this already been welded? If not what are the lengths of the 2 separate pieces of DOM or the length of the 2 complete separate pieces TRE to TRE fully collapsed?
