xj full widths

full width? come on that is all your gonna give us to work with no desired tire size or what type of power your going to be putting thru the axles. on top of that you want an answer in under an hour??? annnnd on top of that you spend a little of your own time searching for you answer. this has been run over a million times there are ton's of axles to choose from. search a little and come up with some real questions. most every answer you are looking for is here.

i would use 2.5 ton rockwells :laugh3: or F650 sterlings with cement truck wheels, that would look awsome!!:laugh3:

Hp44/9" out of a F-150 or Bronco from the later 70's/early 80's is good. This is 67" front & 65" rear widths. F-350 hp60/full floater dana 60 8 lug is really good if you need that much axle. The most common full width though has to be the hp44/9" I have this axle combo as do a few people in the Sierra Chapter and they like it. This is a good combo for up to 37's, if you plan to go bigger than get a hp60/full floater rear 8 lug dana 60 and go crazy. We are talking about XJs here so I'm sure 35's or 37's are plenty big.
