XJ bumper cap screw sizes?

I want to put both front and rear bumper caps back on my '99 XJ, but the original (rusted) hardware seems to be long gone. Can you help me track down some replacements?

You can use whatever nuts/bolts and screws that fit. I don't have much size info to give you but the only fasteners that may be somewhat specific are the Hex Head, M6x1x20 self threading bolts that hold the front flare to the underside of the front fender.
