WTB: XJ or MJ

I'm looking to get into a Jeep and I prefer buying from an enthusiast. I'm open to either an XJ Cherokee or MJ Comanche. My budget is somewhere around $2000, so I am not expecting anything too fancy, but it will be my daily driver so I want something in decent condition. I live in Longmont, and more local is always better.

So here are my preferences. They are flexible, so feel free to let me know if you have one that doesn't meet everything.
Ideally '91 or newer
4.0 engine is a must
I'd really like to get a manual transmission; AX-15 only
I like power windows, especially for a Cherokee
Mileage under or not much over 200,000
Drivable as is, even if it needs some work done
Pass Boulder County emissions

One complication is that I need to sell my Pathfinder before I can afford to buy, but need it till I have a vehicle lined up to buy. Thus it won't work if you need to sell in a hurry.

You won't get into a driver '91-'92 MJ for $2K or under..... Too rare. Market for the MJ has gone crazy recently.

Lots of candidates in the XJ category though.

Yeah, I'm pretty pessimistic on the MJ. Plus a lot of them have been used much harder than the Cherokees.
