WTB: grey cloth driver's seat 2000

looking for an "Agate" (grey) cloth driver's seat. Mine shows all 255K miles of wear and more importantly I didn't notice during the test drive that it doesn't come as upright as the pass side or the seats in my '99 (which are camel vinyl, of course) located in metro DC area let me know if you have one! Not looking for show, just "cleans up OK" and more importantly isn't busted.
