I have just acquired an S10 and I love the thing. I am looking to do a little upgrading though, and I am looking for some stuff on the cheap.
The tint is purple, and I have a tint guy back home that can do it cheap, but I figure I would see if anyone around here had some left over tint from doing a vehicle. The S10 needs a 20'' roll and Im unsure of the length, although I would guesstimate 10' without measuring (dark out and late, will measure later)
Also, this thing has a weakass Sony headunit (not all Sony are bad, just this one). If anyone has a good aftermarket single or double DIN headunit with a MP3 compatible CD player, then let me know.
I want to put two 10's behind the seats. If anyone has a pair, let me know. No enclosure needed, that'll be built later; I already have an amp.
Finally, I am always looking for a few sets of QUALITY door speakers, not paper cone kind. Any size will do really. I am gonna put some in kick panels and some overhead in fiberglassed pods, and the door ones could use replacing, they are 6.5
Im not expecting alot of offroad kinda guys to be hording audio stuff, but I figure I would see if I could support the local Jeep crowd before looking elsewhere.
And did I mention this would be great if it was on the cheap/free side? College kid working on a non-existent budget (free might be a dream, but always worth a shot). If you are looking for an XJ part, then let me know and I might can come up with something to trade.
