Winterfest Dinner

Aldean from Robies called me today. She said that she will charge $15.00 per person, which will include tax, server fees etc. In the past she separated the charges and we actually paid more. I told her we were at about 100 to 110. She needs a final number by next monday now. The food should be set up by 6:00 and serving starting at 6:30pm.

Spoke to Aldean, we are all set for the dinner. Only thing that concerns me, as of Monday, she had only herself (70-80 year old) to serve. She said she had calls in to some girls. Last year she had 3 servers and her. I wish she hadn't told me, now I will be worried she will not find other help.
