If I had to guess it looks like someone has a worm which is sending out emails to all addresses in the address book and one of those email addresses is the support@naxja account which sends back notifications acknowledging receival of emails. Anyways FF might have some more thoughts on this when he sees this thread.

Oh.. btw, the infection can be on your machine or someone elses which is spoofing your email address. Just to be on the safe side, I'd recommend updating your virus definitions and thouroughly scanning your comp.

Install, update and run ad-aware and spybot search and destroy both in addition to your AV stuff, then run another one called cwshredder.zip...
