I am sure it did.
It was probably in the early '90s that I saw that sort of trail once. It was an amazing image, and we had no clue what it was. Down here in San Diego that is usually not in our range, but it was one of those rocket launches. It made a lasting impression.
It would have been cool if The Varmints had seen this. I will have to start paying attention to when they do these launches anymore.
