What's up with the search feature?

This place has a wealth of knowledge, and I hate to be the guy that asks a question thats been asked many times before simply because the search feature doesn't work.

I can't use the search feature, as it never gives me usable results. I do a lot of searching on other forums, but this is the only one where the search feature is lacking. Am I doing something wrong? I always end up with less than a page full of results and not a single thread has anything to do with what I searched.

Search your question in google and add naxja on it. Best search results this way.

Use the google -

insert search terms here site:naxja.org

That will limit the search to just naxja.org, it can be used for other sites as well.

Some of us remember the days when all internet search engines sucked... IE pre google.

Google's search engine is the shit, people forget that, or take it for granted.

Use google, theres a reason they could rule the world if they want to... because they make a damn good search engine. As far as the site:naxja.org, i prefer to just add 'naxja' to the query, sometimes it lets in good cherokeeforumn, or other forums posts on topic.

I've used the advance search, and I still get poo results.

Thanks for suggesting using google guys, I'll just add naxja to the search.
