What Shackles To Run??

What shackles would you all recomend? I'm currently at 8" with Alcan Springs and Revolver shackles. I've decided that the Revolvers aren't all they are cracked up to be. Lots of axle hop, open up on acceleration and against ledges, and this weekend had one hyperextend itself forward while in a wedge twisting the rear axle sideways and bending a main leaf. With the Alcan leafs what would be my best option for shackles? Ext. Boomerang, Ext. straight, other, and from what company?? Thx.

with alcans they say boomerages work good, I have 8inch alcans with a straight shackle that is 3inches longer than stock. they work ok, but the 8inch alcans just don't flex super well period.

Anyone Else?? What shackles and from where?? The Revolvers have got to go but I don't want to be unhappy with my next set of shackles.
