what else to fix when replacing exhaust manifold?

I have a 97 XJ Sport with a large hole in the exhaust manifold at the merge. 140,000 miles on the original stuff.

While I'm replacing the manifold what other things should I replace while it is apart?

i'd check the motor mount and give the freeze plugs a glance. real easy to fix that stuff with manifolds off
