what do you think my jeep is worth?

im about to be living on my own and i need to cut my expenses. which means my jeep has got to go. when i can get around to selling it i want to ask $4000 for it, but i can always use other opinions.

its a 00' XJ limited
Surco roof rack with 48" highlift jack
rockit intake
cherry bomb muffler (for now)
2" lift, spacers up front toyota AAL in the back comes with shocks and extended rear brake line
Warrior Products steering stabilizer
comes with D-ring mounts on factory tow hook brackets
Cobra ultra 19 III CB with midland mic and wilson 4000 tunable antenna
maglight and fire extinguisher mounted in the cargo area
i also have a ZJ gastank skid and hitch that will work on the jeep and will include them in the sale

its a great jeep its never given me any real problems and is quite reliable. i have drive it from Georgia to Texas a number of times and its been more then happy to do it. it has been off road, but never abused.

Sorry dude, but you would be EXTREMELY hard pressed to get $4000 for any non-trail-only XJ, regardless of the mods you have. They just don't hold their value. If you could afford to wait for the right buyer to come along, then go ahead and post it up for $4000. If not, I would ask $3000 and expect less. I'm not talking shit about your jeep, in fact, it's a damn good looking one, just don't want to set you up for something you have little to no chance of getting.

yea thats what i was thinking, i could ask what my parents paid for it but $5500 is way to much. LOL im looking to get about $3000 but i know people like to talk down form a price.

i know somebody who might be interested in it but he definately wouldn't pay 4000 he might do 3 but that's iffy he's kind of a tightwad. when are you coming back to texas?

That mileage isn't too bad, around here I have seen 2000 models with that mileage in good condition fetch almost $4k. Most go in the $3300-3700 range. Put that joker on craigslist. You may be surprised.

hmmm, that is quite the news i wanted to hear. i have nothing to do while im finishing up school this summer. im thinking about building bumpers and all sorts of little junk that is useful in the expedition world of things

i think i might have got a deal going, another 95 impreza but a wagon 2.2L and AWD and $1500 cash on top of that. thats what the guy is asking for the car! this guy is practically paying me to take his car lol
