What do you have to do before the Crawl?

okie dokie, Winterfest is over and now I have my to do list before the crawl, gonna have to replace the passengerside lexan panel, my passenger failed to put his arm out and push away from the rock so it got broke, dang, give them one little easy thing to do and they slack off

Install shafts DONE
Install PS pump and bleed everything DONE
Set my bumpstops a bit different DONE
Build a harness bar somehow and bolt up the harnesses. DONE
Put some speakers in it to go with the radio DONE (Put the doors back on. lol)
Fix the hole in the exhaust
Rewire my rock lights
Replace motor mounts
Install the cover on the roof DONE

There's more but I can't think of it right now.

Got most of it done. But the list got longer...
Mostly stuff I have to do to meet saftey inspection.

Well...

New springs.... or coil overs Coils installed front lowered
Finish passenger half door.
Narrow front with new H1 rims and centers... Centers ready for welding
fix anything I break between now and then!
Lower rear or install ACOS.... hint hint Mark!

Finish passenger half door.
Update "Carnage Award!" ;)

Update!

I have to find a "clunking/grinding" noise. I think its in the front end. Then I need to change the diff fluids again. Other than that she is ready to roll.

fix this

mac 'not sure what is causing it tho yet' gyvr

either control arms or control arm mounts would be my guess since that is what locates and posistions the axle and pinion angle

Could be a spun houseing on the tubes!

Updated list:

Control arms
3/4"spacer up front
Shackle boxes
Axle swap,
t-case swap
front regear

Axle swap? Front re-gear? Tcase swap? Sounds just like my Heep.

Break some stuff at WF?

got my new panel ready today and have a coat of paint on it, I will wet sand it once, repaint and then mount it up. then comes the suspence of waiting to go

Its not the gears, I am wondering in the king pins are a tad loos allowing the whole outer knuckle to rotate a little under breaking acceleration.

If thats not it, I am going to wheel it until whatever it is breaks......
