To the web builders, can anyone reccomend a reasonably priced web page builder? I have about 5 web sites, all hobby-related. I've been using the composer built in with Nescape but it's terrible and lately I've been having problems with pages that I can't figure out. I'm not interested in spending the money on Frontpage. What else? Thanks.

I have not used the free stuff, but there are a few in there that are pretty common. CoffeeCup etc....

I recently discovered by accident that my Dell computer has both Microsoft Front Page Express and Microsoft Publisher installed. Would either of those be suitable for creating a modest web page? If both, which would be better -- I know nothing about either application.

They are good at creating sloppy code. For a simple site, would not be too bad. However, please..please do not use it to "publish" or upload the files. :smsoap:

Just learn VI and run your choice of unix, get a good html book and go to town, thats how I do it.. nice neat code, you know how it all works and when something breaks you know where to fix it.... :viking:
