This is a used heavy duty WARN Industries front bumper (PN 64737) including all mounting hardware plus D-shackles. Made from 3/16" and 1/4" steel and black powder coated. Some powder coating is peeling from the corners of the mounting brackets (does not affect integrity) and there are light scuff marks on the right corner of the bumper, otherwise everything is in great condition after a quick wash. The mounting brackets included will fit Cherokee years up to '96 but I'm unsure if they will fit '97 - 01 models. The mounting kit PN 65852 is probably needed for those years.
The red stuff on one of the mounting brackets is not rust, but an accidental over spray of primer when I was repairing damage to the vehicle frame, unrelated to the bumper.
