Vibrations

I just finished putting a R.E. 3.5 lift on my 92, and when I drive it I hear a vibration coming from the rear driveshaft, it doesn't sound major but being my DD it is annoying. Any ideas how to make it stop? Can i get away with a transfer case drop, or shims or do I have to do a slip yoke.
