upgraded headlight harness and stock headlights

i'm looking at upgrading the harness only to start. if the output is that much better, would probably stick w/the stock headlamps.

have been searching and can't find if it's compatible, as most say H4, or 900x.

anyone here running the ea harness (or any upgraded harness) with stock lamps?

Its the same connecter on the harness side, the H4/ stock jeep headlight. So yes.

When I did the harness on my first XJ I ran the Silverstars I already had in it till they burned out. Actually I think I may have ran a couple of sets before I bought H4 lamps.

my last xj, i ran auto pals w/hid, and it was a joke. spent about $100 on that setup.

interested in seeing the output w/just the upgraded harness and stock lamps. will eventually run the auto pals again, but not for a while.

I have that harness on selaed beams and I will say it has help a little bit, down the road I plan on some different lights so it was a pretty good investment.

I bought this one. I can't remember the price back then, but it was too cheap to pass up. It's been fine for the last year. You could always use it as a template to build a higher quality version.
