I would go to a truck stop. They steam clean big rigs all the time. They can knock off not only the dirt but any marginal undercoating under there as well. It works a lot better than a quarter wash.

I scored an electric job at a yard sale for ten bucks a couple years back. Works like a charm. I used it to clean my very dirty 318 block and it did a nice job.

Base auto hobby shop, they have a steam pressure washer and a lift. Figured you'd know that. It's where I clean mine.
