Two recent motions...

One was to establish a memorial forum (a public sub-forum under Off Topic) I set this up with moderator-approval required to post. Who should be the moderator? (I put Membership in there as a placeholder "temporarily") Also moved the Seth Stanton forum into there.

Another was to allow registered users to post in off-topic. I changed the permissions in that forum to allow that, and tweaked the forum-wide announcement to reflect how it is presently.

The forum administrators (note that I did *NOT* say moderators) would be a start.
