Turn Signals and Hazard Lights

On my 87 4.0 for some reason my turn signals and Hazard Lights stopped working. The indicators on the dash also stopped. Any ideas or help where to start?

cruiser54.com Is where I would start. You might just need to do a ground refresh. I know on my XJ a relay was loose under the dash when I had my issue. That was also a HO, but it was a round silver thing-a-ma-jig.

It turned out to be both flashers were bad
