Just wanted to give a good company a plug. I run one of their drawers in the back of my rig. I went to take it out to do some work under it, but found the "quick" release tabs on the slides were broken. They're plastic & I ended up having to break the things apart to take the drawer out. I called Tuffy to see about getting a new set of slides for the thing fully expecting to pay for them + shipping. I talked on the phone with them about what happened & how it happened. Next thing I know he tells me about their lifetime warranty on their products, he apologized for the plastic breaking & new slides will be sent to me. Their products are defiantly not the cheapest things in the world, but they are built well & they stand behind them.
