Truck Bed Liner on Flares... wow.

Kinda crappy pictures due to lighting and the jeep being dirty from the last snowfall... But you need to see them in person to really appreciate them. They feel solid, match all the existing factory handles and bumper, and stand up to me running the tip of a philips head screw driver against it 4 hours after applying.

I just pulled all the flares... sanded them, and did about 5 thin coats of truck bed liner on each one. I used the rattle can technique.

I also pulled the door guards off, got all the sticky crap off with goo gone spray, sanded the bottoms of the doors and painted them with truck bed liner as well.

Let me know what you think.

i used about 1 and a half cans. i might paint the actual bedliner if they dont hold up well for added protection. They seem pretty tough so far. but we shall see.

and i used no primer. i was going to use a self etching primer on the doors, but just sanded them with some heavy grit paper, then some 220 and ran some painters tape across the top of the crease on the door and did several light coats. Then one medium coat. no chipping so far and is been about 2 weeks of general driving with a few semi rocky roads.

i think it looks great!!!!
