Transmission shudder

Ok first time post. 2000 xj 4.0 auto aw4 7.5 inch’s of lift. Ok so I have this shudder from a stop. It only happens from a stop and only under power I would say 75% or better. Don’t happen any other time than that. New shafts u-joints and bearings. I was leaning towards transmission but let’s hear what you guys think.

What testing and diagnostics point to the transmission as the root cause of the symptoms? It is not difficult to Google a genuine AW-4 Service and Diagnostic Manual.

SYE installed or not ? Fresh Dexron/Mercon-III installed and not any other type ATF? Motor and transmission mounts are fresh? Look good is not the same as are good.
