I did a quick solo run to Big Bear thru Crab Flats from Green Valley lake. I wanted to check trans temp with a different pancake trans cooler I installed behind the grill. I had the Deraile dbl stack with the electric fan and it was worthless where I had it. It was the only place I could fit, it on the hood! Wow what a difference. Temps at 160-180 never hitting over 230 while driving up 330 why with ambient temps about 78*. I may add a small fan at some point but not really needed. While driving to Holcomb Valley, after turning right at Crab Flats junction I came across two washed out culvert in real bad condition so be mindful if your not locked up you could have to turn back!
