I brought my jeep over from Georgia on this. Bought from my boss a few weeks before I moved here. It's got a swivel deck, the deck lowers and locks in place. The bearings are good, tires have plenty of good tread on them. I've gotta replace a taillight, but other than that it's ready to go. Comes with two straps, fit smaller "passenger car" tires, but i wrapped the straps around the front axle and it held super tight all the way over here. I think you can buy straps for oversized tires too. asking $500 obo
